The color of royalty, violet is a color that was hard to find or manufacture and so rare. It’s been used for centuries in ceremonies and rituals. Mythologically it is associated with the god Uranus’ (The Great Awakener) humanitarian idealism. Violet is considered the most spiritual color. Sometimes it is associated with intuition and psychic phenomena. Intelligent, farsighted, sensitive. Heightened instinctual and creative energy transporting viewers into mystery. At the same time, it is known for its romantic opulent sensuality. Neither warm nor cool, it is more than transitional, it implies a fruitful union of opposites; it is both masculine and feminine, passion and intellect, dreams and reality. Violet is vision with experience.
